Santa Catarina exported 56,800 tons of fresh and processed pork and offal in November of this year. This represents an increase of 21.1% compared to shipments in the previous month and 12.1% compared to November 2022. The figures were released by the Ministry of Economy and compiled by the Center for Socioeconomics and Agricultural Planning (Epagri/Cepa).
Revenue in November totaled US$127.2 million, an increase of 21.2% compared to the previous month. From January to November, Santa Catarina exported 595,500 tons with revenues of US$ 1.43 billion, representing an 8.6% increase in volume and a 10.6% increase in value compared to exports in the same period last year.
