During the first 9 months of this year, 34,186,648 pigs have been slaughtered in the Spanish abattoirs. This represents an increase by 6.93% with respect to the same period in 2014.
In terms of weight, 2,864,552 tonnes have been reached: a rise by 7.56% with respect to the first 9 months in 2014.
