In the first quarter of 2024, Spanish exports of pork products totaled 339,495 t, a decrease of 11% compared to the same period in 2023, when Spain exported 382,191 t.
China continues to be the main destination, but exports to this country have suffered the greatest decrease (-20%). Exports to South Korea (-17%), Japan (-9%), and the United Kingdom (-1%) also decreased, while exports to the Philippines increased (+9%).
