After the “Carne Fraca” police operation, carried out last Friday by the Brazilian police against the commercialisation of fraudulent meat and meat products that could already affect 21 producing companies that export to third countries, several markets have announced that they will not import Brazilian meat until accurate information from the Brazilian authorities is received.

Among the countries that have announced, officially, the temporary closure of their markets to the imports of Brazilian meat and meat products we can find China, Chile and Mexico.
