Although Russia’s recent ban on imports from several countries is assumed to end, Russia ’s pork imports are projected to continue to drop over the next decade, reflecting continue d use of policies to facilitate expansion of its domestic pork industry and limit reliance on imports —these policies affect pork exports from the United States and Brazil the most.
