Ukraine decreased the import of meat by 35%

Ukraine decreased the import of meat by 35% in the comparison with 2010.

Ukraine imported 216,000 tons of meat in 2011 (83,000 tons of pork) versus 342,100 tons of meat products in 2010 (179,800 tons of pork).

It exported 85,000 tons of meat: 12,500 tons of pork, 50,000 tons of poultry meat, 18,000 tons of beef.
