The First Deputy Minister reminded traders that under the terms of the previously signed memorandum, the initial volume of wheat exports from Ukraine in 2012/13 MY was fixed at 4 mln tonnes, although the supply and demand balances of grain production make it possible to significantly increase the volume of exports, including wheat.
