The United States–Mexico–Canada Agreement (USMCA) will enter into force on July 1, 2020.

According to the U.S. National Pork Producers Council, the USMCA preserves zero-tariff trade for U.S. pork in North America. It also incorporates strong sanitary and phytosanitary provisions.
