According to preliminary statistics from the General Department of Customs, Vietnam's import value of animal feed in the first two months of 2025 reached over USD 803.45 million, an increase of 4.9% compared to the same period in 2024.
Argentina was the largest supplier of imported animal feed, with a value of over USD 365.05 million, accounting for 45.4% of the country’s total import value for this product group.

Brazil ranked second with nearly USD 123.65 million, making up 15.4%.
The United States followed, with USD 112.56 million, accounting for 14% of the total import value.
Imports from RCEP FTA markets reached nearly USD 120.31 million, accounting for 15%.
Imports from CPTPP FTA markets reached nearly USD 23.84 million, or 3% of the total.
Imports from Southeast Asia reached nearly USD 53.14 million, accounting for 6.6% of the total import value.
