The Ho Chi Minh City Institute of Hygiene and Public Health has launched a Food Safety Testing Centre for the Southern region.

The facility can undertake physical and chemical analysis as well as conduct hi-tech analysis on germs, virus and genetic transformation in various kinds of food products.
