This is a case of Porcine Dermatitis and Nephropathy Syndrome (PDNS. The multifocal reddish pinpoints observed on the renal surface correspond to acute glomerular inflammation. PDNS is related to immuno-complexes deposition in the glomeruli and has been associated with porcine circovirus type 2 infection.
